Guest Ratings & Reviews
I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The rooms were great, comfortable, and well arranged, making the most of the space. The location was fantastic, just a 5-minute walk to the Colosseum, making it ideal for exploring both day and night. The service was top-notch, with the staff being extremely friendly and helpful. The dining was good, although not as impressive as other 5-star hotels I've been to. Overall, a wonderful experience with a few small drawbacks.
My stay at this hotel was fantastic! The room had two balconies which offered a fantastic location and made me feel very much at home. The beds were super comfortable, although there was some noise from the street below with bins being emptied and sirens, making it a bit loud at times.
The hotel promised a room with a garden view, but the reality was quite dark with small windows and no city view. On a positive note, the room was beautifully decorated with rose petals, fresh flowers, balloons, Prosecco, chocolates, and towel art of swans. The service was exceptional, going above and beyond to meet our needs, including helping with lost items and providing airport transport. The location was excellent, walking distance to major sites like the Colosseum and the Trevi Fountain. The dining experience offered a fantastic selection of pastries, continental items, and more. However, finding parking in the busy area might require effort.
I had an amazing stay at the hotel! The rooms are beautifully decorated and the staff was incredibly helpful with all things to do in Rome. However, the air conditioning unit was a bit small and couldn't be adjusted, making it a bit challenging to keep the room cool. The special touches like rose petals, Prosecco on ice, and swan-shaped towels added a romantic touch to the room.
The hotel was comfortable with well-equipped rooms and friendly staff. The loud music from the restaurant was a bit disruptive, but the balcony on the 3rd floor provided a nice breeze from outside.
My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms were spacious, but they looked tired and needed some renovation, which was a letdown considering the price we paid. On the bright side, they were clean and the bed was comfortable. The service was exceptional, with the staff going above and beyond to cater to our needs. The location was decent for exploring Rome but lacked convenient transportation options. The dining options were delicious, although the variety was a bit limited. The facilities were generally good but lacked in terms of spa amenities restocking. Overall, a decent stay with some room for improvement.
